Meet the main ingredient…Rosie!
My love affair with baking began at a young age, as many an hour was spent around the Aga making – by which I mean eating – cake. What began as a hobby, quickly became my signature talent, and I made my first commissioned cake at the age of 10 (it was Dennis the Menace with liquorice hair!)
My enthusiasm for baking centres around that moment of happiness when people take the first bite, but my motivation for making people smile extends far beyond cake. I’ve always dreamed of running a social enterprise, and I truly want to make a difference. I grew up going to the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides in Scotland, and was moved by the difficulties young people face in finding employment and the impact that had on island life. For every bake sold, Rosemarie’s Pantry will donate to local youth groups.

What our customers said…
We love Friday as much as the next person, but receiving Cake Friday every week at our roastery has really motivated everyone and gives us something to look forward to at the end of the week.
Rosemarie’s Pantry cakes are so fresh and tasty! Such a treat for the studio, especially in busy periods. Staff birthdays are sorted too, they are delivered on time and ready for us to celebrate without the stress... they come with candles too!
The salted caramel brownies from Rosemarie"s Pantry went down an absolute treat with my work colleagues! They are still talking about it even now and we absolutely can't wait to receive our next subscription of cakey goodness.
